Temporary support services for individuals 18 and older with a mental health disorder and with short term transitional needs



Family Time Visitation

Services

Visit facilitation provided for parents/children and/or siblings. Referrals are received from Department of Social Services

Mental Health Transportation

Offering transportation to adults and youth to various appointments. Referrals come from DSS Department of Mental Hygiene
